1. General Information

KADS Drama (Charity No: SC000000) operates the raffle and donation services on this website. By purchasing raffle tickets or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets. Raffle participation is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

3. Raffle Rules

Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 or over and must not be employees of KADS Drama or members of their immediate family.

Draw Dates

Raffle draws take place on the last day of each calendar month.

Winners

Winners are selected via random draw. KADS Drama reserves the right to publish winners' names and locations unless anonymity is requested in writing.

Prizes

Prize descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value. No refunds are available for unclaimed prizes after 90 days.

Ticket Usage

Each ticket may only be used once. Duplicate entries are not permitted.

4. Payment & Refunds

Raffle tickets and donations are non-refundable except where required by law. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or transferred. All payments are processed securely. KADS Drama does not retain credit card details beyond the point of transaction.

5. Use of Funds

All proceeds from the raffle and donations are used to support KADS Drama's charitable mission: advancing the dramatic arts in Scotland. Approximately 85% of funds directly support programmes, grants, and performances.

6. Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

KADS Drama accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in the raffle, except where prohibited by law.

8. Changes to Terms

KADS Drama reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and are subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
